  • Pike perch in milk sauce. Peel the pike perch (250 g), remove the bones and cut into pieces, then boil, remove and pour over the milk sauce prepared in advance. For milk sauce, you will need 50 grams of milk, 5 grams of flour, half a boiled egg and 20 grams of butter. Bring part of the milk to a boil and add the flour, previously diluted with the rest of the milk, then add the chopped egg, salt and butter.
  • Steam meatballs. Meat (250 grams of chicken or 200 grams of beef) must be passed through a meat grinder, then add a stale bun (10 g), previously soaked in water, into it, and again pass through a meat grinder. Pour a little water or milk into the minced meat, salt, grind and form small meatballs that should be steamed.
  • Carrot and apple salad. Grate carrots (75 g), chop apples (75 g) separately, mix the ingredients, add chopped walnuts (25 g), honey (25 g) and parsley (10 g).
  • Curd cream. The egg should be beaten with sugar (1 tablespoon), then put the mixture on a small fire, heat it up, remove it from the stove, put butter in it (1 tablespoon), mix and cool. Separately grind cottage cheese (100 g), add a pinch of vanillin and 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream. Add the egg mixture to the curd and beat.
  • Berry jelly. Wash the berries (50 g), grind well and squeeze the juice out of them. Then boil in water, strain, add 20 grams of sugar to the finished broth. Potato starch(8 g) dilute with berry juice, then carefully pour into a hot broth. Heat the mixture until it thickens.

  • 1 part shamrock leaves + 4 parts wormwood herb;
  • 1 part calamus rhizomes + 1 part cumin fruits;
