Breathing exercises as a health-saving technology.

Breathing is the most important function of the body. And breathing exercises are an integral component of the treatment of any diseases of the respiratory tract, strengthening its health and reliable prevention of ARVI. Regular exercise strengthens your child's respiratory muscles and immunity, even when he is healthy. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of children with various developmental disorders, learning difficulties, and adaptation difficulties. Such children are disinhibited, often aggressive for no reason, unable to switch quickly, perceive themselves and others negatively, and are unable to independently suppress negative emotions or control their soul and body. To overcome their existing disorders, prevent the development of pathological conditions, strengthen physical and mental health, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive corrective work; one of the most important components is a system of breathing exercises, breathing exercises. A person can do without food or water for some time, but he cannot live even ten minutes without air.

A child, studying himself, the characteristics of his body, psychologically prepares to shape his health. In our work, we focus on the formation of the motivational sphere of the child’s hygienic behavior, the implementation of the knowledge and ideas acquired by the child in his real behavior. Classes on healthy lifestyle include issues of not only physical, but also spiritual health. It is not enough to teach your child to brush his teeth in the morning and evening, do exercises and eat healthy food. It is necessary that from early childhood he learns to love himself, people, and life. Breathing exercises begin with general breathing exercises. Their goal is to increase breathing volume and normalize its rhythm. The child is taught to breathe with his mouth closed. They train nasal exhalation by telling the child: “Inhale deeply and exhale for a long time through the nose.” Then they practice mouth exhalation, while closing the child’s nostrils. Exercises with resistance are used when an adult places his hands on the child’s chest, as if preventing him from inhaling for 1-2 seconds. The child is taught to hold his breath, achieving a quick and deep breath and a slow, long exhalation. To ensure that breathing exercises are not boring for your child, you need to turn them into a game.

During classes, you must comply with the following requirements:

Perform exercises no more than 5-10 minutes every day, depending on the age of the children;

Carry out exercises in well-ventilated areas or with an open window;

It is better to exercise before breakfast or after dinner;

Exercise in loose clothing that does not restrict movement;

Dose the amount and pace of exercises;

Inhale air through the mouth and nose, exhale through the mouth;

Inhale lightly and briefly, and exhale long and sparingly;

During speech breathing, do not strain the muscles in the neck, arms, abdomen, chest; do not raise your shoulders when inhaling and lower them when exhaling;

After exhaling, stop for 2-3 seconds before inhaling again.

A set of breathing exercises.

Breathing exercises can be carried out in classes, classifying them according to the seasons, this will help to form ideas about changes in nature and consolidate new words in children’s speech.

Winter

Skier. For two minutes we simulate skiing. Exhaling, we say “mm-mm.”

"Snow and Wind" Small pieces of cotton wool are rolled into small snow balls and laid out on the table. The child is asked to blow on the “snow” like a cold winter wind. In this case, the “clumps of snow” should slowly move to the opposite edge of the table.

"Warming our hands" Inhale through your nose and blow on your cold hands, exhaling smoothly through your mouth, as if warming your hands.

Spring

"Ships". The child is offered a wide container of water, and in it are paper “boats”, which can simply be pieces of paper. The child, slowly inhaling, directs the air stream towards the “ship”, pushing it to the other “shore”.

"Woodcutter Beetle" We sit on the floor with our arms crossed over our chests and our heads down. We strain the chest, pronouncing the sound “zh-zh-zh” - exhale. Now we spread our arms to the sides, straighten our shoulders, keep our head straight - inhale.

“Merry Bee” The child takes a free breath, while exhaling they say “z-z-z” and imagine that a bee has landed on his hand. (nose, leg)

Summer

Balls are flying. Starting position - standing, arms raised up with the ball. Throw the ball forward from the chest. Exhaling, we say a long “uh-h-h.” We repeat the exercise 5-6 times.

"Sawing wood" Stand opposite each other in pairs, hold hands and imitate sawing wood; hands towards yourself - inhale, hands away from you - exhale.

"The tire was punctured" Take a light breath, while exhaling, show how the air slowly comes out through the puncture in the tire - “sh-sh-sh”.

“The nose smells a pleasant smell” The child performs 10 inhalations and exhalations through the right and left nostrils, alternately closing them with the index finger.

Application of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions.

Actual topic for conversation at all times - this is human health. Health cannot be maintained with drugs. But there is another means - movement. Physical exercises and movement should firmly become part of the everyday life of every person who wants to maintain efficiency, health, and a full, long life.
Preschool age is a decisive stage in the formation of the foundation of a child’s physical and mental health. During this period, there is intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body. The steady trend of deterioration in the health of preschool children that has emerged in recent years, an increase in the number of children with mental and speech development disorders, dictates the need to search for mechanisms to change this situation.
The main task of a kindergarten is to prepare a child for an independent life, giving him the necessary skills, skills, and developing certain habits. But can every professionally trained teacher, just an adult responsible person, be dispassionate about the unfavorable state of health of their students, its progressive deterioration? One of the answers to this largely rhetorical question was the health-saving educational technologies demanded by teachers of educational institutions.
Health saving educational technologies – a systematically organized set of programs, techniques, methods of organizing the educational process that does not harm the health of children; qualitative characteristics of educational technologies based on the criterion of their impact on the health of students and teachers; technological basis of health-saving pedagogy.
The goal of health saving technology :
provide a preschooler high level of real health, equipping him with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle, and instilling in him a culture of health. Many tasks that the teacher solves in the process of his activities are subordinated to the solution of this goal. Teachers in kindergartens teach children a culture of health, how to take care of their bodies, that is, a conscious attitude towards their health and safe behavior.
Objectives of health-saving technology:
1. combine the efforts of employees and parents to effectively organize physical education and health activities, including the prevention of flat feet and posture disorders.
2. teach children safe behavior in emergency situations in nature and the metropolis.
3. to ensure continuity between the preschool educational institution and the school by means of physical education and recreational work.

All health-saving technologies can be divided into 4 groups:

1. Technologies for preserving and promoting health.

    dynamic pauses (complexes of physical minutes, which may include breathing, finger, articulatory gymnastics, eye gymnastics,)

    outdoor and sports games

    contrast track, exercise equipment

2. Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle.

    morning exercises

    physical education classes

  • acupressure

    sports entertainment, holidays

    Health Day

    Media (situational small games - role-playing imitative imitation game)

3. Technologies of musical influence.

    music therapy

    relaxation

4.Behavior correction technology.

A teacher who guards the child’s health, who fosters a culture of health for the child and parents, must first of all be healthy himself, have valeological knowledge, not overworked, must be able to objectively assess his strengths and weaknesses associated with his professional activities, draw up a plan for the necessary self-correction and begin to its implementation.
To implement enriched physical development and healing of children in kindergarten, non-traditional work methods are used. Each group should be equipped with “Health Corners”. They are equipped with both traditional aids (massage mats, massagers, sports equipment, etc.) and non-standard equipment made by the hands of teachers:

1 “Dry aquarium”, which helps relieve tension, fatigue, and relax the muscles of the shoulder girdle
2 .Walking on a mat of traffic jams where the feet are massaged
3 .To develop speech breathing and increase lung volume, we use traditional and non-traditional equipment (sultans, turntables)
4 It is well known that on the palms of the hands there are many points, by massaging which you can influence various points of the body. To do this, we use various massagers, including homemade ones.
5 Rope mats with knots are used to massage the feet and develop coordination of movements.
6 .Walking on paths made of metal corks barefoot.
7 .Every day after sleep, do health-improving gymnastics barefoot to music.

8 “Massage hedgehog” massager for children from 1 year to 7 years

Objectives of use:

Create conditions for the prevention of flat feet and scoliosis.

Promote the activation of redox processes in muscles and joints. Can be used to massage legs, arms, back.

9 “Target – simulator” for children 3 - 7 years old

Objectives of use:

Strengthen ball handling skills and throwing techniques at a vertical target.

Develop the eye, coordination of the arms, legs, torso, balance, dexterity, and spatial orientation skills.

In a playful way, introduce the names of primary colors, geometric shapes, and numbers, and reinforce the idea of forward and backward counting.

10 .Multifunctional manual for young children “Octopuses”

Objectives of use:

- Create conditions for developing children’s interest and positive attitude towards physical education.

Promote the development of dexterity and eye.

- Develop proper breathing (train the correct air flow).

11 .“Multi-colored snakes” Set of soft elements for children 3 – 7 years old

Objectives of use:

Exercise children in walking and running overcoming obstacles;

Improve motor skills of preschoolers;

Develop physical qualities, motor creativity, endurance and coordination of movements.

Use Cases :

- when teaching children to jump,

in relay games, a visual reference and an attribute for outdoor games and exercises.

In the form of equipment for general developmental exercises and exercises for the prevention of flat feet.

The structure of the health regimes of each group should include a range of medical and restorative techniques, techniques, methods:
- facial warm-ups
- gymnastics for the eyes (helping to relieve static tension in the eye muscles and blood circulation)
- finger gymnastics (trains fine motor skills, stimulates speech, spatial thinking, attention, blood circulation, imagination, reaction speed)
- breathing exercises (promotes the development and strengthening of the chest)
- acupressure
-games, exercises for the prevention and correction of flat feet and posture.
Health-saving activities ultimately form a strong motivation in the child for a healthy lifestyle and full and uncomplicated development.
The set goals are successfully implemented in practice.
-Dynamic pauses , which are carried out by the teacher during classes, 2-5 minutes, as the children get tired. May include elements of eye exercises, breathing exercises and others, depending on the type of activity.
With the help of proper breathing, you can avoid sinusitis, asthma, neuroses, get rid of headaches, runny nose, colds, digestive and sleep disorders, and quickly restore performance after mental and physical fatigue. For proper breathing, you must follow the following rules: you need to breathe only through your nose evenly and rhythmically; try to fill your lungs with air as much as possible when inhaling and exhale as deeply as possible; If the slightest discomfort appears, stop doing breathing exercises.
-You need to do breathing exercises in a well-ventilated room, in a calm environment. Master the complex gradually, adding one exercise every week.
-Systematic use of physical education minutes leads to an improvement in psycho-emotional state, a change in attitude towards oneself and one’s health. You can suggest doing a physical. a moment for one of the children.
-Outdoor and sports games . Conducted by teachers and the head of physical education. As part of physical education, during a walk, in a group room - sedentary games.
-Relaxation. Conducted by teachers, the head of physical education, a psychologist in any suitable room. For all age groups. You can use calm classical music (Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov), sounds of nature.
-Finger gymnastics . It is carried out from a young age individually or with a subgroup daily by a teacher or speech therapist. Recommended for all children, especially those with speech problems. It is carried out at any convenient time, as well as during classes.
-Gymnastics for the eyes . Every day for 3-5 minutes. in any free time and during classes to relieve visual stress in children.
-Breathing exercises . In various forms of physical education and health work, in physical education. minutes during classes and after sleep: during gymnastics.
-Invigorating gymnastics . Every day after nap, 5-10 min. The form of implementation is different: exercises on beds, extensive washing; walking on ribbed planks. Conducted by a teacher.
-Corrective and orthopedic gymnastics . In various forms of physical education and health work. Conducted by educators and the head of physical education.
-Physical education classes. They are carried out in a well-ventilated room 2-3 times a week, in the gym. Younger age - 15-20 minutes, middle age - 20-25 minutes, older age - 25-30 minutes. Conducted by educators and the head of physical education.
- Problem-game situations. It is carried out in free time, possibly in the afternoon. The time is not strictly fixed, depending on the tasks set by the teacher. The lesson can be organized unnoticed by the children, by including the teacher in the process of play activities.
The possibility of purposefully forming the foundations of mental self-regulation in children 5 years of age is achieved through active, role-playing games, and physical education sessions.
- Communication games. Once a week for 30 minutes. from an older age. They include conversations, sketches and games of varying degrees of mobility, drawing classes that help children adapt to the group. Conducted by a psychologist.
- Classes from the “Health” series on life safety for children and parents as cognitive development. Once a week for 30 minutes. from Art. age in the afternoon. Conducted by teachers.
- Self-massage . In various forms of physical education and health work or during physical exercises, in order to prevent colds. Conducted by teachers.
-Psycho-gymnastics . Once a week from older age for 25-30 minutes. Conducted by a psychologist.
-Technology of influence through fairy tales
A fairy tale is a mirror that reflects the real world through the prism of personal perception. It contains, perhaps, everything that does not happen in life. . In fairy tale therapy classes, the kids and I learn to create verbal images. By remembering old images and inventing new ones, children increase their figurative repertoire, and the child’s inner world becomes more interesting and richer. This is a true chance to understand and accept yourself and the world, increase self-esteem and change in the desired direction.
Since feelings can be not only positive, but also negative, children’s images are not only joyful, but also frightening. One of the important goals of these classes is to transform negative images into positive ones so that the child’s world is beautiful and joyful.
A calm state of the nervous system returns the child to health.
The story can be told by an adult, or it can be a group story, where the narrator is not one person, but a group of children.
-Music influence technologies . In various forms of physical education and health work. They are used to relieve tension, increase emotional mood, etc. Conducted by educators and music director.
Additionally, you can use hardening methods:
- rinsing the throat and mouth with solutions of herbs (eucalyptus, sage, chamomile, calendula, etc.), which have an antiseptic effect on the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, or with a solution of sea salt is carried out daily after lunch for 2 weeks alternately.
- washing with cold water after a nap.
- barefoot walking in combination with air baths is carried out during physical education classes and after a nap.
-A healthy lifestyle includes adequate physical activity, balanced nutrition, personal hygiene, a healthy psychological climate in the family, at school, in kindergarten, the absence of bad habits, and careful attention to one’s health.
What health-saving educational technologies are used when working with parents?
- consultations, recommendations and conversations with parents about disease prevention, personal hygiene, the benefits of additional walks and activities in various sports sections, to highlight these issues at parent meetings; sliding folders; personal example of a teacher, non-traditional forms of working with parents, practical demonstrations (workshops); survey; joint events: sports festivals, health days; reminders, booklets from the series “Finger gymnastics”, “How to properly harden a child?”, open days; training parents in techniques and methods for children's health (trainings, workshops); publication of a preschool educational institution newspaper and other forms of work.
To create pedagogical conditions for the health-saving process of upbringing and development of children in a preschool institution, there are: organization of various types of children’s activities in a playful way; construction of the educational process in the form of a cultural model; organization of cultural creativity for preschool children; equipping children's activities with equipment, toys, games, play exercises and aids.
This work is carried out comprehensively, throughout the day and with the participation of medical and pedagogical workers: educator, teacher-speech therapist, teacher-psychologist, physical education instructor, music director.
The main educators of the child are the parents. The child’s mood and state of physical comfort depend on how the child’s daily routine is properly organized and how much attention parents pay to the child’s health. The healthy lifestyle of a child, to which he is taught in an educational institution, can either find daily support at home, and then be consolidated, or not be found, and then the information received will be unnecessary and burdensome for the child.
Taking care of health is one of the most important tasks of every person. Among all earthly blessings, health is a valuable gift given to man by nature, which cannot be replaced by anything, but people do not care about health as much as necessary.
But it is important to understand that caring for the health of our children today is the full-fledged labor potential of our country in the near future.
All of us, parents, doctors, teachers, want our children to study well, become stronger year after year, grow up and enter a big life as people who are not only knowledgeable, but also healthy. After all, health is a priceless gift.

Today, preschool institutions pay great attention to health-saving technologies, which are aimed at solving the most important task of preschool education - to preserve, support and enrich the health of children. In addition, a serious task is to ensure the highest possible level of real health for kindergarten students, fostering a valeological culture to form a child’s conscious attitude to the health and life of both their own and other people.

The efforts of preschool educational institutions employees today, more than ever, are aimed at improving the health of preschool children and cultivating a healthy lifestyle. It is no coincidence that these are the priority tasks in the program for the modernization of Russian education. One of the means of solving these problems is health-saving technologies, without which the pedagogical process of a modern kindergarten is unthinkable. But what health-saving technologies are in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions and what is considered them is still a mystery for a wide range of professional pedagogical audiences and even for those who confidently use these technologies in their practice. Let's try to understand the concepts.

Health is the state of physical and social well-being of a person (according to the WHO Charter).

The health-saving pedagogical process of a preschool educational institution - in the broad sense of the word - the process of raising and teaching preschool children in a health-saving and health-enriching mode; a process aimed at ensuring the physical, mental and social well-being of the child. Health preservation and health enrichment are the most important conditions for organizing the pedagogical process in preschool educational institutions.

In a narrower sense of the word, it is a specially organized interaction between children and teachers that develops over time and within a specific educational system, aimed at achieving the goals of health conservation and health enrichment in the course of education, upbringing and training.

Technology is a tool for the professional activity of a teacher, respectively characterized by the qualitative adjective pedagogical. The essence of pedagogical technology is that it has a pronounced phasing (step-by-step), includes a set of certain professional actions at each stage, allowing the teacher to foresee the intermediate and final results of his own professional and pedagogical activities during the design process. Pedagogical technology is distinguished by: specificity and clarity of goals and objectives; presence of stages: primary diagnosis; selection of content, forms, methods and techniques for its implementation; using a set of means in a certain logic with the organization of intermediate diagnostics of achieving the goal, criteria-based assessment of results.

The most important characteristic of educational technology is its reproducibility. Any educational technology should be health-saving!

Health-saving technologies in preschool education technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents. The goal of health-saving technologies in preschool education in relation to a child is to ensure a high level of real health for a kindergarten pupil and the education of valeological culture as the totality of a child’s conscious attitude to health and human life, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, support and protect it, valeological competence, allowing a preschooler independently and effectively solve problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of basic medical, psychological self-help and assistance. In relation to adults - promoting the establishment of a culture of health, including a culture of professional health for preschool teachers and valeological education of parents.

Types of health-saving technologies in preschool education – classification of health-saving technologies according to the dominance of goals and tasks to be solved, as well as the leading means of health-saving and health-enrichment of subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten. In this regard, the following types of health-saving technologies in preschool education can be distinguished: medical and preventive; physical education and recreation; technologies to ensure the socio-psychological well-being of the child; health preservation and health enrichment for preschool teachers; valeological education of parents, health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten.

Medical and preventive technologies in preschool education technologies that ensure the preservation and enhancement of children's health under the guidance of medical personnel of preschool educational institutions in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical supplies. These include the following technologies: organizing monitoring of the health of preschool children and developing recommendations for optimizing children's health; organization and control of nutrition for children of early and preschool age, physical development of preschool children, hardening; organization of preventive measures in kindergarten; organization of control and assistance in meeting SanPiN requirements; organization of a health-preserving environment in preschool educational institutions.

Physical education and health technologies in preschool education – technologies aimed at physical development and strengthening the health of the child: the development of physical qualities, motor activity and the formation of physical culture of preschool children, hardening, breathing exercises, massage and self-massage, prevention of flat feet and the formation of correct posture, health procedures in the aquatic environment (pool) and on exercise equipment , developing the habit of daily physical activity and health care, etc. the implementation of these technologies, as a rule, is carried out by physical education specialists and preschool teachers in specially organized forms of health-improving work. Certain techniques of these technologies are widely used by preschool teachers in various forms of organizing the pedagogical process: during classes and walks, during restricted moments and in the free activities of children, during pedagogical interaction between an adult and a child, etc.

Health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten- These are, first of all, technologies for educating a valeological culture or a culture of health in preschoolers. The purpose of these technologies is to develop a child’s conscious attitude towards health and human life, accumulate knowledge about health and develop the ability to protect, support and preserve it, acquire valeological competence, allowing a preschooler to independently and effectively solve problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to provision of basic medical and psychological self-help and assistance. In preschool pedagogy, the most significant types of technologies include technologies for personality-oriented education and training of preschoolers. The leading principle of such technologies is taking into account the personal characteristics of the child, the individual logic of his development, taking into account children's interests and preferences in the content and types of activities during upbringing and training. Building the pedagogical process with a focus on the child’s personality naturally contributes to his prosperous existence, and therefore health.

Technologies for ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of a child– technologies that ensure the mental and social health of a preschool child. The main task of these technologies is to ensure emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child in the process of communicating with peers and adults in kindergarten and family, ensuring the social and emotional well-being of the preschooler. The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a psychologist through specially organized meetings with children, as well as teachers and preschool education specialists in the current pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions. This type of technology includes technologies for psychological and psychological-pedagogical support of child development in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions.

Technologies for health preservation and health enrichment of preschool teachers– technologies aimed at developing a culture of health for kindergarten teachers, including a culture of professional health, and developing the need for a healthy lifestyle.

HEALTH TASKS:

  • maintain children's health;
  • create conditions for their timely and full mental development;
  • provide every child with the opportunity to joyfully and meaningfully live the period of preschool childhood.

To date, leading psychologists, teachers and medical professionals have created many different health-saving techniques that can be classified into several separate groups. These are medical, preventive and physical education technologies, health-saving technologies for preschool teachers, technologies aimed at ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of pupils, and valeological education of children and parents.

The implementation of the model for the formation of children's health is ensured by:

  • the focus of the educational process on the physical development of preschool children and their valeological education;
  • a set of health-improving activities during the day depending on the time of year;
  • created optimal pedagogical conditions for the stay of children in preschool educational institutions;
  • formation of approaches to interaction with family and development of social partnership.

All these technologies are aimed primarily at raising physically and psychologically healthy children. Moreover, equal attention is paid to the physical and psychological aspects, while a few years ago in kindergartens work was carried out preferably to preserve and maintain the physical health of the child.

Today, every children's institution must have a child psychologist who works with children both in a group and individually. Having noticed negative changes in the child’s behavior, educators are obliged to notify parents and begin active work to maintain the child’s mental health.

AREAS OF WORK ON HEALTH SAVING:

1. Therapeutic and prophylactic (phyto-, vitamin-monotherapy; taking tinctures and decoctions of adaptagen plants in accordance with a comprehensive plan for health improvement and therapeutic and preventive measures for children).

2. Ensuring the psychological safety of the child’s personality (psychologically comfortable organization of routine moments, optimal motor mode, proper distribution of physical and intellectual stress, a friendly style of communication between an adult and children, the use of relaxation techniques in the daily routine, the use of necessary means and methods).

3. Health-improving orientation of the educational process (taking into account hygienic requirements for the maximum load on preschool children in organized forms of education, creating conditions for health-improving regimes, valeologization of the educational space for children, caring for the child’s nervous system: taking into account his individual characteristics and interests; providing freedom of choice and expression of will, creating conditions for self-realization, focusing on the child’s zone of proximal development, etc.).

4. Formation of the child’s valeological culture, the foundations of valeological consciousness (knowledge about health, the ability to save, maintain and preserve it, the formation of a conscious attitude towards health and life).

Stages of work

1. Analysis of the initial state of health, physical development and physical fitness of preschool children, their valeological skills, as well as the health-preserving environment of preschool educational institutions.

2. Organization of a health-saving educational space in preschool educational institutions.

Daily use:

  • separate forms of work to preserve and promote health for different categories of children;
  • various health regimes (during the holidays; in the summer);
  • a set of hardening measures (air hardening, walking on “health paths”, prevention of flat feet; walking barefoot, “stomping” in basins, gargling and mouthwash, maximum exposure of children to the fresh air);
  • physical education activities of all types;
  • optimal motor mode. In addition to the traditional physical activity of children (morning exercises, physical education classes, outdoor games, walks, musical and rhythmic classes), we include health improvement and prevention technologies in the educational process:

a) five minutes of health;

b) motor changes between classes;

c) holding health days;

d) physical education and sports events in the hall and on the street;

e) exercise therapy classes;

3. Interaction between child care facilities and families on issues of protecting and promoting children’s health.

Information stands for parents in each age group should have sections covering issues of health improvement without drugs. Parents are offered sets of exercises for the prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, visual organs, for the development of gross and fine motor skills, and finger games.

Parents are invited to participate in physical education and mass events at the preschool institution.

4. Final results:

  • formation of a regulatory framework on issues of health improvement for preschool children;
  • introduction of scientific and methodological approaches to organizing work to preserve the health of children, to creating a health-saving educational space in preschool educational institutions and families;
  • formation in preschoolers of the foundations of valeological consciousness and the need to take care of their health;
  • ensuring the program level of development of movements and motor abilities of children;
  • improvement of somatic health indicators of preschool children.

If you need to gargle, you can drop it into your nose.

Apply from October 1 to April 30 daily after classes, before going for a walk.

Currently, one of the most important and global problems is the health of children. Raising a healthy child is the most important thing that we, preschool teachers, need to do. Full physical development and health of a child is the basis for personality formation.

Children's physical health is inextricably linked with their mental health and emotional well-being. Based on the principle “a healthy child is a successful child,” I consider it impossible to solve the problem of raising a socially adapted individual without implementing a system of measures for health-improving work and physical education of children. Therefore, at present, the use of health-saving technologies in kindergarten conditions is highlighted as one of the priority areas of pedagogical activity.

The use of health-saving pedagogical technologies in the work of preschool educational institutions will increase the effectiveness of the educational process, will form among teachers and parents value orientations aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils, if conditions are created for the possibility of adjusting technologies, depending on the specific conditions and specialization of the preschool educational institution; if, based on statistical monitoring of children's health, the necessary amendments are made to the intensity of technological influences, an individual approach to each child is ensured; Positive motivation will be generated among preschool teachers and parents of children.

Health-saving technologies used in combination ultimately form a strong motivation in the child for a healthy lifestyle.

Only a healthy child is happy to participate in all types of activities; he is cheerful, optimistic, and open in communication with peers and teachers. This is the key to the successful development of all spheres of personality, all its properties and qualities.

“Modern health-saving technologies used in kindergarten in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Education”

Health-saving technologiesin preschool education - technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of the subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

The concept of “health-saving pedagogical technologies” is debatable and different authors have different interpretations. N.K. Smirnov, as the founder of the concept of “health-saving educational technologies”, argued that they can be considered as the technological basis of health-saving pedagogy, as a set of forms and methods of organizing the education of children without compromising their health, as a qualitative characteristic of any pedagogical technology based on the criterion of its impact on the health of the child and teacher. He believes that, as an adjective, the concept “health-saving” refers to a qualitative characteristic of any pedagogical technology, showing to what extent the implementation of this technology solves the problem of preserving the health of the main subjects of the educational process - children and their parents, teachers. Health-saving technologies can be considered as a health safety certificate and as a set of those principles, techniques, methods of pedagogical work that complement traditional pedagogical technologies with health-saving tasks.

Target health-saving technologies in preschool education

In relation to a child– ensuring a high level of real health for a kindergarten pupil and fostering valeological culture, as the totality of a child’s conscious attitude to human health and life, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, support and preserve it, valeological competence, allowing a preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of basic medical, psychological self-help and assistance.

Applicable to adults– promoting the establishment of a culture of health, including a culture of professional health for preschool teachers and valeological education of parents

Types of health-saving technologies in preschool education

  • Workshop for teachers of preschool educational institutions “Techniques for relaxation and stress relief during the working day”;
  • Discussion of health preservation issues at pedagogical councils and medical and pedagogical meetings in early age groups and correctional groups.

Valueological education of parents- these are technologies aimed at ensuring the valeological education of parents of preschool children, and their acquisition of valeological competence. Valueological education of parents should be considered as a continuous process of valueological education of all family members.

Interaction between preschool educational institutions and families on issues of protecting and promoting children’s health:

  • Information stands for parents in each age group have sections covering issues of health improvement without drugs (sets of exercises for the prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, visual organs, for the development of general and fine motor skills, finger games;
  • Information stands for medical workers about preventive medical work with children in preschool educational institutions;
  • Involving parents in participating in physical culture events of preschool educational institutions (competitions, sports festivals, open days, Health Days and Weeks, meetings of preschool educational institution children with parent-athletes, etc.);
  • Consultations and conversations with parents on health issues.

Health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten- These are, first of all, technologies for educating a valeological culture or a culture of health for preschoolers.

Modern health-saving technologies used in the preschool education system reflect two lines of health-improving and developmental work:

· introducing children to physical education

· use of developing forms of health-improving work.

Currently, one of the most important and global problems is the health of children. Raising a healthy child is the most important thing that we, preschool teachers, need to do. Full physical development and health of a child is the basis for personality formation.

Children's physical health is inextricably linked with their mental health and emotional well-being.
